Update
Our processing partner CCV has identified the root cause of the issue affecting Point of Sale payouts. They are currently working on a solution.
Unfortunately, this means that outgoing merchant payments will not be processed today. We understand the impact this may have and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
